On 13 May 2026, the Thailand Printed Circuit Association (THPCA) had the honor of facilitating a company visit for a delegation from BOI Osaka, accompanied by approximately 20 Japanese investors, to KCE Electronics Public Company Limited (KCE), one of Thailand’s leading printed circuit board manufacturers. The visit was organized under the theme “Decarbonization” and formed part of ongoing efforts to strengthen business relationships between Thailand and Japan while promoting knowledge exchange and future industrial collaboration. The program provided an opportunity for participants to gain deeper insights into sustainability trends, ESG practices, and the evolving role of the electronics industry in supporting global environmental goals.

During the visit, representatives from KCE shared an overview of the company’s business operations, strategic direction, and sustainability initiatives. Particular attention was given to the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) framework, including its ongoing efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and support sustainable manufacturing practices.
The delegation also had the opportunity to visit selected production areas and learn more about KCE’s manufacturing capabilities, operational excellence, and commitment to responsible business practices. The visit enabled meaningful discussions on industry trends, supply chain resilience, decarbonization strategies, and opportunities for future cooperation between Thai and Japanese companies.
THPCA extends its sincere appreciation to BOI Osaka for bringing the Japanese investor delegation to Thailand and for supporting this valuable platform for business engagement and industry exchange. Such initiatives play an important role in fostering stronger economic ties and encouraging long-term collaboration between the two countries.
The association would also like to express its gratitude to Mr. Pitharn Ongkosit, President of THPCA and Chief Executive Officer of KCE Electronics Public Company Limited, for warmly welcoming the delegation and sharing valuable insights on the company’s business operations, sustainability strategy, and vision for the future of the electronics industry.
As global industries continue to place greater emphasis on sustainability and carbon reduction, collaboration across international supply chains has become increasingly important. THPCA believes that exchanges such as this contribute to building stronger partnerships, promoting mutual understanding, and advancing sustainable development throughout the electronics ecosystem. The association remains committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen cooperation between Thailand and international partners while enhancing the competitiveness, sustainability, and long-term growth of the PCB, electronics manufacturing, and advanced technology industries.
