The Thailand Printed Circuit Association (THPCA), together with the Thailand Microelectronics Center (TMEC), visited the Faculty of International Maritime Studies, Kasetsart University, Sriracha Campus, to present the concept and development framework of the Thai Semiconductor National Training Center.

The session aimed to exchange perspectives and explore potential collaboration in developing industry-ready talent to support Thailand’s growing semiconductor, PCB, and advanced electronics industries. The discussion highlighted the importance of aligning educational programs with the needs of the rapidly evolving technology sector.

THPCA and TMEC would like to express sincere appreciation to the Faculty of International Maritime Studies for hosting the meeting and for kindly inviting representatives from the Faculty of Science and Engineering to join the discussion. The meeting provided a valuable platform for universities and industry partners to share insights on workforce development, training frameworks, and future skill requirements.

Strengthening collaboration between academia and industry remains a key factor in preparing the next generation of engineers, technicians, and technology professionals. Initiatives such as this dialogue contribute to building a stronger talent pipeline that supports Thailand’s national strategy in semiconductor and advanced electronics development.

Thank you to the Kasetsart University team for the warm welcome and constructive exchange. THPCA looks forward to continued collaboration in supporting talent development and strengthening Thailand’s technology ecosystem.
