The Thailand Printed Circuit Association (THPCA) was honored to participate in the Thai Samsung Electronics Sourcing Day, held on 18 February 2026 at Pattana Sports Resort. The event was officiated by Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Secretary General of the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), and Mr. Hyuntae Ju, President of Thai Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
This strategic sourcing platform plays an important role in reinforcing Thailand’s position within Samsung’s global supply chain network. It also supports Thailand’s long-term industrial development by advancing local procurement capabilities, with a target of achieving over 70% local sourcing for domestic production.
The event gathered more than 200 participants from across Thailand’s electronics and manufacturing sectors, including leading suppliers, SMEs, and supporting organizations. A total of 71 business matching sessions were conducted, resulting in 54 confirmed business linkages (including 14 SME linkages). The estimated total business value generated from the event reached THB 988.5 million, reflecting strong market demand and increasing confidence in Thailand’s industrial capabilities.
THPCA’s participation reflects the association’s ongoing commitment to supporting Thai PCB and electronics manufacturers through industry collaboration, supply chain development, and strategic partnership building. By engaging in initiatives such as this, THPCA continues to empower Thai companies to enhance their capabilities, meet global standards, and expand into international markets.
THPCA remains dedicated to working closely with government agencies, global investors, and industry partners to strengthen Thailand’s high-value supply chain ecosystem and reinforce the country’s position as a key hub for advanced electronics and PCB manufacturing.
